Sveti Marko is a small place on the island of Pag, situated 9 km north and about a 15 minute drive from the town of Pag. It is perched on steep rocks above the sea opening to a beautiful view of the Bay of Pag, mountain Velebit and it’s Northern Velebit National Park and Paklenica National Park in the south.
This area is adorned with beautiful pebble and sandy beaches hidden behind rocks. There are no catering facilities on the beach, which guarantees complete relaxation.
Both ‘Velika’ and ‘Mala’ beaches face the east side and they are fully exposed to the sun until the afternoon. They are both hidden behind the rocks when the terrain configuration provides shade. The island of Pag is one of the sunniest Adriatic islands, with over 2,500 hours of sunshine per year. There are 10 family houses in Sv.Marko.
